If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund for incorrect choice.

Please Note: Any store purchases cannot be returned to the online store.

About Your Refund or Exchange:

• Please contact us advising of your request to exchange goods and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will then contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
• Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your exchange request.
• All returned merchandise must be unworn and must have its original tags attached, including price swing tags.

To mail the product(s) back to us, simply use an Australia Post Express Post satchel available at any Australia Post post office. The address for returns and exchanges is:
